1. MMH may collect account and profile information, contact details, order and booking information, payment-related metadata, addresses, support communications, device and usage data, and operational records tied to pricing, delivery, payouts, fraud prevention, and compliance.
2. MMH uses this information to create and manage accounts, process orders and booking requests, coordinate delivery, run support operations, prevent fraud, keep records, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
3. MMH uses third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Stripe Connect. MMH should not be understood as storing full payment card numbers in its own database where processor-hosted or tokenized payment methods are used.
4. MMH shares relevant information on a need-to-know basis with merchants, chefs, drivers, payment providers, hosting and infrastructure vendors, communications providers, analytics and security providers, professional advisers, regulators, and law enforcement where reasonably necessary.
5. Merchants, chefs, and drivers receive the limited information needed to fulfill orders, bookings, deliveries, and related support tasks. Location and address information may be shared where necessary for fulfillment.
6. Driver live location may be processed during active delivery workflows for dispatch, customer tracking, proof-of-delivery support, safety monitoring, and issue resolution.
7. MMH may use cookies, similar technologies, and local device storage to keep users signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure performance, and understand platform usage.
8. MMH retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain order and booking records, support refunds and disputes, manage payouts, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
9. MMH uses safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, audit logging, and role-based permissions. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection in relation to certain personal information. Final privacy-contact and region-specific language should receive lawyer review before launch.
