1. Responsibility for food safety Merchants and chefs are solely responsible for food safety, hygiene, ingredient accuracy, allergen disclosure, preparation methods, cooking, storage, packaging, transport-ready handoff, and compliance with food-related laws and regulations.
2. MMH does not prepare food MMH does not prepare, cook, portion, or repackage food. MMH does not supervise kitchen processes and does not inspect every ingredient, supplier, or preparation environment used by merchants or chefs.
3. Allergens and dietary restrictions MMH does not guarantee allergen-free environments. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, or dietary restrictions must contact the merchant or chef through approved in-platform methods before placing an order or confirming a booking where that communication option is available.
4. Delivery and food condition Delivery delays, handoff conditions, weather, traffic, and customer availability may affect food temperature, texture, or condition. Perishable items should be refrigerated, frozen, reheated, or otherwise handled promptly after delivery according to the merchant or chef guidance.
5. Quality expectations MMH may support issue reporting and refunds in some circumstances, but MMH does not guarantee merchant product quality, chef service quality, allergen-free preparation, or food outcomes that depend on third-party preparation and handling.
6. Non-waivable rights This disclaimer is intended to clarify responsibilities and risks. It does not waive or limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection, food safety, or public order laws.
